LEADERSHIP

Mark Wyman, Managing and Responsible Broker

After a long and distinguished career as a senior level executive with two nationally recognized real estate management and leasing firms, Mark acted on his dream and moved to the high country of Colorado.In the years since, Mark earned his Colorado Real Estate Brokers license and has lent his extensive experience to local real estate brokerages in the capacity of Managing Partner or Managing Broker. Mark has had both the pleasure and honor of serving Wildernest and its homeowner clients, since 2011.

Suzy Barr, General Manager and Owner

Suzy has a long history of property management, starting her professional career as a receptionist at a small leasing company. Fast forward many years (more than she would to admit), and she has managed Homeowner’s Associations for 15 years, obtained multiple professional designations and holds her real estate license. She took over management of Wildernest Leasing in 2022 and enjoys working exclusively with owners and building relationships with them. In her free time, she enjoys taking her Bernese Mountain Dog on adventures, lifting weights and volunteering for her neighborhood association.
